On August 23, the "Rural Revitalization in Luojiang—A Grand Media Exploration Event", organized by the Publicity Department of the CPC Luojiang District Committee and the Deyang Luojiang District Media Center, took place. The first stop for the media was the Li Diaoyuan Memorial Hall, where they engaged in a cross-temporal dialogue with the "polymath scholar."

Li Diaoyuan Memorial Hall

Born in Luojiang, Li Diaoyuan was a Qing Dynasty litterateur, poet, opera theorist, and bibliophile. He was one of the "Three Talents of Shu in the Qing Dynasty" and is revered for his unique insights into culinary cultures, such as Sichuan and Jiangnan cuisines, compiling the first Sichuan cuisine recipe book. He is honored by the people as the "Father of Sichuan Cuisine and Sichuan Opera" and was recognized in 2020 as a historical figure of Sichuan in the second selection round.

Exhibits at the Li Diaoyuan Memorial Hall

Entering the newly renovated Li Diaoyuan Memorial Hall, visitors are greeted by the traditional "Stairway to Officialdom." Nearby are the tranquil "Qin Listening Area," the upright "Li Diaoyuan Poetry Stele Forest," the simple yet elegant "Jingle Brahma Bell Pavilion," the scholarly "Huancui Pavilion," and the well-preserved "Wenfeng Hanhai" statue group.
