Recently, construction is in full swing in the Beihu area of the Chengdu Panda International Tourism Resort. With the first shovel of earth turned at the groundbreaking ceremony, the Southwest Headquarters project of Huamei Energy-Saving Technology Group officially commenced construction. This modern complex, with a floor area of approximately 34,000 square meters, integrates headquarters offices, a star-rated hotel, conference and exhibition facilities, and high-quality commercial spaces. It is expected to be completed and put into operation by 2027.
The project will house creative R&D, incubation innovation, product piloting, and other business formats, significantly boosting the agglomeration of high-end resources such as talent and technology.
Located on the south side of Beihu Ecological Park, the project serves as a core hub connecting the natural ecological zone with the Binhu commercial area. In the future, it will form a cultural tourism and business ecosystem featuring functional complementarity and business synergy with other high-capacity industrial projects such as the Chengdu Panda Ocean Park and the Beihu Binshui Commercial Street. Together, they will create an industrial closed loop of "core scenic area attracting visitors, specialty streets driving consumption, and themed projects offering experiences," providing strong support for transforming the Beihu area of the Panda Resort into a new center of fashion and vibrancy.

A project representative noted that from the "green channel" for preliminary approvals to the guarantee of production factors during construction, the Panda Resort Management Committee and relevant departments in Chenghua District have provided proactive services and coordinated support, giving enterprises confidence in the area’s future development. As the company is fully confident in the development prospects of the area and looks forward to its future with great anticipation.
