Recently, the women's federation of Aba Prefecture has launched targeted skill training programs, which have served as a ‘golden key’ to flexible employment at home and a stable increase in income for local women.

By going into villages and communities, the Women's Federation of Aba Prefecture has got to know the actual needs of different groups of women and the training programs they want, so as to align skill supply with their demand. Training courses on Tibetan weaving and Qiang embroidery, agricultural planting and processing, live-streaming e-commerce, and domestic services, based on their actual conditions, help these women master skills in a short period of time.

The Women's Federation of Aba Prefecture arranges courses at women's doorsteps for those who find it inconvenient to travel. For special groups, such as disabled women living far away or having mobility problems, door-to-door training services are provided. Personalized courses are designed for women of different skill levels and needs, to ensure that no one is left behind.

A tracking mechanism has also been established with cooperation from the departments of finance, human resources and social security, civil affairs, and culture and tourism. This mechanism provides full-chain companionship for women on their way to work from home with flexible hours.
