Chengdu's thriving "debut economy," nurtured by strategic foresight, now embarks on its boldest chapter. The Three-Year Action Plan to Boost Chengdu's Debut Economy (2025–2027) maps an ambitious trajectory: by 2027, the city vows to become a beacon of commercial audacity with 6,500 first stores etching their footprints across its vibrant districts, 1,000+ high-octane debuts—from avant-garde exhibitions to theatrical product unveilings, 100 iconic landmarks reimagined as temples of debut culture, 500 homegrown brands sprouting from Chengdu's fertile entrepreneurial soil. This blueprint promises to crystallize an ecosystem where supply chains dance in synergy and the Debut@Chengdu brand resonates as a global siren call.

During the event, the Chengdu Municipal Commerce Bureau and Chengdu Private Economic Development Promotion Center launched the "I Want a Debut" Service Code, providing businesses with a 24-hour online channel for rapid response to debut-related needs. Companies can scan the code to access provincial, municipal, and district-level policies, the Chengdu Debut Landmark Opportunity List, and information about first stores and debut activities.
Notably, the ceremony also marked the start of the 2025 Chengdu Spring Consumption Season: "Spring Awakening—Explore Chengdu." From early April to late May, the city will activate spring consumption potential through five core themes—"Chengdu Debuts, Culinary Adventures, Spring Roamings, Lifestyle Innovations, and May Day Festivities"—connecting 23 districts (counties) and over 10,000 businesses. The season will feature 100+ unique events and create citywide consumption scenarios.
