On June 10, SWJTU Railway Development Co., Ltd. successfully debuted on the Beijing Stock Exchange, becoming the second A-share listed company from Chengdu Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone (CDHT) this year.

Founded in 2005, SWJTU Railway Development is a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise recognized for its specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and innovation. It focuses on safety-intelligent products and equipment for rail transit infrastructure. Its main offerings include intelligent products, equipment, and professional technical services for rail transportation, widely applied across high-speed rail, conventional railways (including heavy-haul), and urban rail transit.

During the listing process, CDHT provided full-spectrum support in terms of policies, talent acquisition, and resource matchmaking, significantly accelerating the company’s journey to market. CDHT has long prioritized nurturing listed companies as a strategic tool to strengthen industrial clusters and boost regional competitiveness.

To empower enterprises with capital, CDHT has established a total industrial fund exceeding RMB 323.6 billion, building a comprehensive financial support system that spans the entire business life cycle—from subsidies and seed funding to angel investment, venture capital, industrial investment, and mergers and acquisitions.

Currently, CDHT hosts 57 listed companies across domestic and international exchanges, ranking among the top in central and western China. Five companies have had listing applications accepted by stock exchanges, over ten are under guidance filing with the Sichuan Securities Regulatory Bureau, and 2–3 are expected to submit applications this year. The zone now has a reserve of over 200 potential IPO candidates.
