The Chengdu Section of the Giant Panda National Park, a vital part of the giant panda habitat, thrives with diverse flora and fauna thanks to its humid climate and unique geographical environment.
Amid the towering mountains, giant pandas, golden snub-nosed monkeys, Sichuan takins, and other wildlife roam freely. Yet, in the harsh reality of survival, conflicts arise—territorial disputes, battles for food, or rivalries among species. In these struggles, some animals may become injured, lost, or separated from their groups, requiring urgent assistance.

With the ongoing education and outreach efforts by the Giant Panda National Park, local communities have developed a deeper awareness of wildlife conservation. Residents are now more engaged in rescue efforts and wildlife protection.
In recent years, the Chengdu Administration of the Giant Panda National Park has promoted wildlife conservation through various initiatives, including: Training programs to enhance wildlife rescue skills, educational activities and lectures on wildlife conservation, distribution of pamphlets and brochures to spread knowledge about flora and fauna protection. These efforts have significantly increased public awareness. Now, it is not only park rangers and staff involved in conservation—community members and even tourists have also become active participants in safeguarding biodiversity.
To rescue with care is to cherish every endangered life; to protect with love is to take responsibility for the entire ecosystem. The wildlife rescue efforts in the Chengdu Section of the Giant Panda National Park are not only about saving individual animals—they are a crucial step in preserving the delicate balance of our planet's ecology.
