Since the establishment of the Giant Panda National Park, the Chengdu Section has been continuously enhancing its smart monitoring system. With technological advancements, wildlife protection has entered a new era of precision and intelligence. Over 600 infrared cameras and 50 video surveillance points monitor wildlife activity around the clock. More than 150 real-time transmission devices enable "video calls" with giant pandas. Four environmental monitoring stations and an integrated ecological surveillance platform provide real-time updates on forest conditions. These innovations significantly enhance the effectiveness of conservation efforts, ensuring more comprehensive and meticulous protection for wildlife.
The development of an integrated "sky-ground-human" intelligent monitoring system provides strong technological support for wildlife surveillance and protection, driving scientific management and sustainable development in the Chengdu Section of the Giant Panda National Park. Moving forward, the Chengdu Section will continue to expand and refine its smart monitoring system, strengthening protection and research on rare wildlife. In this sanctuary of life, where conservation meets scientific innovation, every living being is safeguarded, preserving the harmony and beauty of nature.
