On October 28, the Wuhou District Music and Cultural Industry Promotion Conference took place in Beijing, focusing on “city branding, industry project promotion, and specialty product marketing.” The event leveraged Beijing's thriving music industry to establish a platform for collaboration between the Chengdu-Chongqing region and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

This event aims to link and integrate the music and cultural resources of both regions, fostering mutual development. With music as the medium, Wuhou District seeks to attract high-end resources, cutting-edge technology, and renowned music enterprises, propelling the growth of its music and cultural industries and enhancing the quality of Chengdu’s music sector.

During the conference, a representative from Chengdu Music Fun introduced Wuhou's rich cultural heritage and dynamic music and cultural resources. They presented a list of opportunities in music industry projects, facilities, venues, and events, warmly inviting stakeholders to engage with and support Wuhou District’s music industry growth.

Music Industry Project Implementation Signing Ceremony

A strategic cooperation agreement was signed between the Beijing Tianqiao Performing Arts Alliance and the Chengdu Music Fun Music Industry Development Alliance. This partnership will integrate resources to boost the performance market in both regions.

Wuhou District has attracted over 700 businesses across the entire music industry chain. The district now leads Chengdu in the number of music enterprises, with a comprehensive "music+" ecosystem that includes original music, copyright trading, live performances, music education, and instrument production, marking a mature development phase for the district's music industry.
