On November 12, the release ceremony for the 2024 third quarter "Yibin Good People List" and the awards ceremony for Changning County's 10th Moral Models took place in Changning County. Sixteen "Yibin Good People" were honored across five categories: Helping Others, Acting Courageously in Danger, Honesty and Integrity, Dedication and Service, and Filial Piety and Familial Love.

The ceremony highlighted the inspiring deeds of these "Yibin Good People" through video presentations, storytelling, song and dance performances, and live interviews. These individuals, ordinary yet extraordinary, embody moral values, serve as role models, and are dedicated contributors to society. Their actions demonstrate love and responsibility toward the community.

At the event, a flag handover ceremony was held . It was announced that the release ceremony for the next quarter "Yibin Good People List" will be held in Nanxi District.
