On September 17, the 2024 Sichuan Province "Ten Thousand People Admiring the Moon and Reciting Mid-Autumn" themed event was held at Jiangyang Park in Luzhou. That evening, citizens of Luzhou gathered together to enjoy a cultural feast under the night sky, immersing themselves in the deep cultural heritage and the lively, modern humanistic atmosphere of the ancient city of Luzhou.

According to reports, the event featured performances such as song and dance, moon appreciation and recitation, poetry chanting, acrobatics, and folk arts, allowing the public to feel the joy and harmony of the traditional festival while being captivated by the charm of outstanding Chinese traditional culture. In terms of atmosphere creation, the event skillfully incorporated Luzhou's famous "Eight Scenic Spots" into the stage design, making it feel as if one was stepping into a living historical painting, truly experiencing the unique natural and cultural landscapes of Luzhou.

Additionally, the event combined artistic performances with product exhibitions and sales, creating a cultural tourism consumption scene, forming a consumption hotspot for the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. Over 20,000 citizens and tourists participated in person, and nearly 200,000 people watched online. The event, with its rich and colorful performances and interactive scenes, not only inherited and promoted excellent Chinese traditional culture but also fostered a strong festive atmosphere.
